Following our expansion from 28 to 45 rooms, we are now recruiting for the following positions

Night Care Assistant

Full Time and Part Time positions available as 2, 3 or 4 shifts per week

We are looking for outgoing candidates who are passionate about providing the very best care in a residential care home setting. An NVQ Level 2 is preferred, although is not as essential as your desire to develop and learn. You will be a good communicator, with the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, activities such as washing and personal hygiene, checking on service users throughout the night and answering the nurse call system. Helping to maintain accurate records, undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and training new staff Generally promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care

Care Assistant

Full and Part Time positions available 21 – 40 hours per week

We are looking for outgoing candidates who are passionate about providing the very best care in a residential care home setting. An NVQ Level 2 is preferred, although is not as essential as your desire to develop and learn. You will be a good communicator, with the ability to work as part of a team. Responsiblities include assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and feeding. Providing physical and mental stimulation by taking part in recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group. Helping to maintain accurate records, undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and training new staff. Generally promoting our residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care
