We are delighted to announce that after 12 months of building work and significant investment, Primrose Bank has now been approved for 45 residents by the Care Quality Commission.
The development consists of

Two Extended and refurbished Lounge Areas, including large televisions and induction hearing loop
Two New Assisted Bathrooms with state of the art Arjo High Low Baths
Industry Leading Wireless Nurse call System
Complete new heating system throughout the home
Fully Landscaped grounds with level access throughout the site and increased car parking
Bio metric Fingerprint Access for visitors, staff and residents
Alongside the development includes the recruitment of new staff, all of whom have years of care experience and will benefit from Primrose Bank’s thorough training and development program. New roles have also been created, with a new full time Activities Coordinator and Maintenance and Housekeeping team.
Primrose Bank has also been investing heavily in new technologies so it is at the forefront of health care, with Superfast WiFi fitted throughout the home, to prepare the home for future developments into ‘Tele-health’, improvements in electronic care planning systems and soon the creation of an internet cafe for residents, staff and visitors.
The work does not stop there, with further assisted bathrooms being refurbished in the New Year, along with the creation of a new Hair Salon.
